As it is said in the above quote, I believe that anyone can become a leader, if they have the passion
and the commitment. Being successful is just a side of the coin, followed by failure, which can be
considered as the other side of the coin. What side will we get? To find the answer we need to flip the
coin. Else we won’t ever know what side we will get. Failure is not the end at all. It can also be the
start
of something new. We will know it only if we flip the coin, only if we try. Without trying there will be
no
failure or success. Almost all the innovations came to life because there was at least one person who kept
trying, trying to do something new. At first, it might sound wrong, or useless. But there’s always a 50/50
chance of either being successful or failing.
